1. The only flaw is that the beds are uncomfortable, way too firm for my liking, my husband and I both woke up with backaches.

9. As was true last year, my only minor complaints are not enough counter space and towel racks in the bathroom, and very uncomfortable easy chairs in the room (the arm rests came up to my ears, so it wasn't really comfortable to sit there.
