3. The $15 per day charge for internet in a business setting, this in the world of free wifi in most hotels is a bit strange and annoying, but maybe they will get over this.

5. Two things annoyed me about the hotel itself - we had spent new year's eve there, and while we were asked to sign a paper syaing we will not have a party in our room (which sounds reasonable), the hotel itself held a party that lasted until 2 am.

6. The staff (other than reception staff who don;t know the hotel room configuration were great) I was annoyed that I had to pay to WiFi but if you are happy to googled downstairs there are 2 desktop computers for guest use.

8. I was very annoyed however, that you have to sign up for one of their two loyalty programs to get free internet access.

9. Having read the reviews on this site prior to booking the hotel, I made sure that we got a room on the upper levels as I had read that the street noise was quite annoying on the lower lever floors.
