1. We got to our room - handicapped, even though we didn't request that and not mentioned and it was quite small and cramped compared to other hotels downtown.

5. Comfortable beds (two doubles -- would've liked two queens, but that would've made the room pretty cramped), some oddly deep (but comfy) armchairs, inroom coffee, and a massive flatscreen TV were all features we liked.
