1. I've also never had a more difficult time getting a tv to work.

3. Our only other complaint was that it seemed difficult to get a taxi in the evening to go out for dinner with there being lineups for taxis and having seemingly little taxis driving by the hotel (could wait 10-15 minutes before getting a taxi).

5. ) There really isn't anything negative I'd have to say about the hotel itself- the rooms, the lobby, the bar, all were immaculately maintained and guest services was readily available to offer advice on getting around the city (which wasn't difficult as the hotel was only a few minutes from a trolly turnaround, bart station and bus stops- but if you want a cab, the doormen are more than happy to flag one for you.

10. As such, I have a difficult time recommending Parc55 in San Francisco as a place to stay that claims to be luxury and strong attention to clients.
