1. The downside to staying in this area is of course no free internet unless you join their rewards club.

7. The slight downside is dealing with people hanging around the BART entrance, both the panhandlers and the crowds of tourists buying tickets for trolley rides.

8. It is very clean, and has modern 4 star quality which we enjoyed, but the downside to that was the way we were treated, or should I say the way in which we were not treated as someone special, or as a valued customer.
