1. The only issue I had was with some people screaming in the middle of the night, but this could happen anywhere, is not really the hotel's fault.

5. After I had my bid accepted, I started reading reviews about the Hotel - I was concerned about the possible noise that I had read about, but it was a none issue - Maybe it was the high quality of the bed put me in a deep slumber - will definitely use this Hotel in the future.

9. In case you are wondering we do go to San Francisco frequently and we never had this noise problem with other hotels nor the hot water issue.

10. Minor issues which were encountered during our stay (very loud partying teenagers in the room next door) were taken care of swiftly and courteously by security and after a little mix up with room service, we were able to enjoy one of the best nights sleep at a hotel.
