1. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and gracious, especially the nice person who gave us free in-room wifi access (which would normally cost a ridiculous $15 per day).

2. I have stayed at many 5 star Deluxe hotels- and resorts around the States and never have I had to pay a ridiculous $50 pr.
