1. Our only complaints are 4 minor annoyances that may have been the result of incomplete detailing after the renovation: 1) the TV cable box didn't work and required 4 technician visits to troubleshoot (ask for Allen to go straight to the best); 2) the bathroom door didn't close properly; 3) the alarm clock had no battery backup and had to be reset at least daily; and 4) one of the bedside lamps was not plugged in, and the nearest receptacle was inaccessible.

5. I should add that this hotel charges for high speed internet access, which is terribly annoying since most places offer it for free these days - and to have it be unreliable only added to the annoyance.

6. Really, I only had one annoyance during the entire week, and it's a relatively minor one: the cost of Wi-Fi Internet access, and its relatively limited bandwidth (had trouble downloading some files I needed for work because access was rather slow for file transfers, for some reason).
