1. The room service, was delivered with the same level of warmth; although I felt the menu options were a bit lacking for the San Francisco area, but they were able to accommodate my requests.

3. Only the bathroom was a bit lacking, (rather old looking, simple, no lighted makeup mirror, could use some hooks on the wall for hanging towels, some mold in the grout in the shower/tub combo (pet peeve), but it was large size so not clausterphobic)Hotel is within easy walking distance of restuarants, shopping at Union Square and bart, which was good, as we did not rent a car from SFO airport.

4. The BIG disappointment about this property is the lack of sauna.

5. The first thing that I noticed was the expensive parking and a lack of any waiting area (they have one which can accommodate 2/ 3 cars at a time), which meant that my friend who had come to drop us off could not even wait for us to reach the lobby to ensure that we had our rooms.

I'm sorry I guess their attention to detail and customer satisfaction lacked, maybe because we arrived on a Friday night and they were busy is an excuse, but why should we look to give an excuse for a 4 star hotel in terms of customer service and satisfaction regardless if they are busy or not, it's an attitude, and it is a taste left in your mouth.
