1. Another problem we had was one of our key cards became deactivated three times during our three night stay (and no we didn't keep it close to our phones or credit cards :) ).

6. We were on the 29th floor and didn't have any problems with the noise like some other guests have mentioned.

7. In case you are wondering we do go to San Francisco frequently and we never had this noise problem with other hotels nor the hot water issue.

8. We did have a small problem with having NO hot water in the morning but thankx to the manager cathy (mahalo) , she was very nice and was on top of fixing it.

10. But the location of the hotel is great, we didn't have a problem with street noise but then we were on the 29th floor so I'm sure that helps.
