1. when you spend more than 500$ for a hotel, you expect at minimum a good service, which was here the worst we could have: issue by checking, the desk agent was impolite, angry and didn't smiled at all, not only with us but she had the same behavior with other clients from the hotel (we were complaining during the waiting time, which is by the way unacceptable for a hotel in this standing (more than 30 min to have his 'keys') .
