1. It was hard to get help and we watched them put the tag for our truck in someone else's BMW (could've been a good thing) but they realized the mistake.

2. Why is it priced so affordable ? 1,000 guest rooms and very little meeting space (big design mistake) so it can't be a higher priced convention hotel.

8. By mistake those rooms didn't have a pullout, so by asking very nicely we were offered a free upgrade to one of the rooms to a minisuite, which was fantastic.

9. Before leaving for San Fran, I checked the property's reviews here, as I always do, and was somewhat daunted by some of the reviews which gave me the impression I may have made a mistake.

10. I thought the staff was mistaking me as a celebrity because they were treating me so special until I saw how they were treating the rest of the guest (the same) The staff are so nice and helpful.
