7. There was inadequate seating and staff to guest ratio was so bad that we had to eat with the previous occupier's dirty dishes and trash still at the table because the staff were too busy to keep up with the guest turnover.

10. the outlets were old and discolored and dirty, the frame of the mirror in the bathroom had some touch-up work done with a paint that doesn't match the frame.
