4. by the way because firstly they gave us the wrong directons and secondly the wrong hotel name we never found this gym that we were suppose to use instead and it was freezing outside.

7. I understand that this hotel is under renovation, BUT selling rooms as renovated while they are simply not finished is not just wrong but also illegal in my understanding.

8. The hotel is under major construction but you really wouldn't know unless you got off on a wrong floor (which I did in search of an ice machine).

9. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for safety, I don't want the elevator I'm in to fall down the shaft to a crushing death but why not do it at 3 am or some other time when there aren't so many people waiting for them? When we finally got downstairs there was a line of pissed off people checking out.
