1. Biggest problem for me is the noise: street facing rooms have the noise of nearby fire station and traffic while back-facing rooms are over the air-con exhaust and even at the 27th floor the racket is constant, not unlike a dull but persistent headache.

2. These carpets should be professionally cleaned every 3 months, and that should solve the problem.

3. The only problem that we had was that our room was a bit chilly, but it was explained to us that the heat turns off after the temp goes over 50 (we were brought extra blankets for our bed).

5. )The one thing I did not like was that the ice machine made ice cubes plop loudly into a metal bucket right outside our particular room door and it was very disturbing, but the staff were very happy to move our room due to that problem.
