3. In our room, bed linens were never changed after a multi-night stay, there was hair in our wash basin, tooth paste splatter on the wall tiles around the sink, the glass shelf above the sink was not wiped clean or toothpaste residue, the bath amenity tray was dirty, and the toilet had particulate in it.
