1. Biggest problem for me is the noise: street facing rooms have the noise of nearby fire station and traffic while back-facing rooms are over the air-con exhaust and even at the 27th floor the racket is constant, not unlike a dull but persistent headache.

10. You are a 2 minute walk from the heart of times square, far enough away that the noise wont bother you but close enough that you can casually stroll down at midnight sit on the red steps and watch the world pass you by under the dazzling glow of neon lights.
