1. The room was smallish however this is typical for New York hotels and this didn't annoy me.

2. The elevators are seriously annoying because in the morning you could wait for 5-10 minutes before one stops at your floor.

When we were leaving we had to keep our luggage at the hotel after checkout for a few hours because our flight was not until late that night and he man at the desk that took it for us was very rude to us and obviously tired of all the turists ( but hello you work at a hotel so get a grip man ) he was very annoyed with me when I asked him to take very good care of one of our bags because it had a huge, very expensive TV camera in it and a laptop.

6. It's pretty pricey and I guess where I've been accustomed to having free access to wifi basically everywhere I've stayed it was a little annoying.

7. The shower does not work properly at all, it's really annoying trying to get a good shower after a busy day, I don't know if they are working on it but I've stayed at two different rooms at this hotel, and the same problem.

10. One of the most annoying things about this hotel was that you have to show your key to the security checkpoint every time you want to go to your room (I can only assume it is standard practice in New York???).
