1. Only negative: it seems to be impossible for NY hotels to keep the slight 'wet dog' smell out of carpets.

2. Where to start?I had read a few negative reviews on this hotel before arriving which were dated prior to the newly renovated rooms; because the price was so reasonable for the location to Times Square I was willing to take a chance- Im not too sure it paid off.

4. It was clean, comforable bed and plenty hot water so it served it's purpose as we just slept and showered there, the only negative was no facilites for a hot drink in the room.

6. Some negatives was that the drawers were not cleaned properly as we discovered some unused pantiliners left from the previous stay but that didn't bother us too much.
