1. Obviously I went downstairs to complain, where I was told that the manager on duty was not available to speak with me so I had to raise my complaint with one of the ladies behind the desk.

3. Only a few complaints: when I got to the room I found that someone had used the toilet; there was ventilator noise coming from outside, but that was better than using the AC, which rattled; and the toilet paper holder was broken (which I forgot to tell the desk about).

5. If I had to find minor complaints I'd say that house-keeping didn't come around on one day and on our last morning there was some jack-hammering/construction noise somewhere close by.

6. Still under reno's, very clean carpeted floor,nice bed and although small,a very efficient bathroom & deep tub for soaking after a long day of walking and shoppingCan't think of a complaint about this place or it's location.

8. My only complaint is the fee for internet usage, but I was barely in my room (except to sleep), so the lack of free wifi didn't bother me much.
