1. The lift was terribly small and took forever, on some days it had broken down and we had to walk 7 flights of stairs to get up or down, and through the bottom levels of continuing construction.

4. Only a few complaints: when I got to the room I found that someone had used the toilet; there was ventilator noise coming from outside, but that was better than using the AC, which rattled; and the toilet paper holder was broken (which I forgot to tell the desk about).

When in the city for business, I have stayed at the Milford for many years; putting up with drafty windows, scalding/freezing showers, old televisions that barely work, broken lamps, poor service, no desks in the room, keys that stop working, and several other chronic problems because the location and price couldn't be beat.
