1. The rooms were not as bad as the reviews said, the bathrooms had a bit of mold but you have to understand new york isnt a new city.

4. I understand the renovation thing going on but has normal maintenance stopped? My bathroom had a large hole in the wall about 12' by 12' it was covered with cardboard and 'masking tape' really? The bathroom was covered with mold and mildew.

5. I stayed here 12/16-12/18/11 the staff were rude, upon entering our room we found someone else's trash and the bathroom covered in mold.
