1. Note the lack of breakfast/restaurant, room service or laundry service, a tiny uncomfortable and noisy bar, poor waiting facilities in the lobby.

3. The toilets in the lobby were locked so you either had to wait and ask for a key from concierge or go up numerous of flights in the lift, the ladies was in a poor state as well.

10. When in the city for business, I have stayed at the Milford for many years; putting up with drafty windows, scalding/freezing showers, old televisions that barely work, broken lamps, poor service, no desks in the room, keys that stop working, and several other chronic problems because the location and price couldn't be beat.
