1. All in all, the service is shocking and they're clearly NOT trying to restore the milford's reputation.

3. Also liked the gift shop downstairs that did amazing hazlenut coffee The only thing i had to complain about was the long queue to check in and all the static shocks you got when touching lift buttons and things in the room.

8. I would mention his name but he did not want to get in trouble, since in reality he was not suppose to do that, but he did because he was shocked at the treatment and lack of service and professionalism we received at the Milford.
