8. Then checked out and had to pay $3 per item to leave luggage at bell desk, we only two hand luggage bags=$6 I put a kids cowboy hat(takehome present) on the hook inside the rail, he was going to charge my another $3, I said thats ridiculous so he let it go.

9. We had to wait a long time for a member of staff to become available, but once we did get the desk he was extremely helpful (even going so far as to advise us not to use the phone in our room under any circumstances as it was ridiculously expensive.
