1. unfortunately, I feel so betrayed and used by the Milford Plaza that I had to write this.

2. unfortunately, I did not go any further thinking it would be fine and long story short - yes, you guessed it, I am stuck for a no-show fee of $255.

3. unfortunately, despite the room being cleaned everyday (I knew the housekeeping worked constantly due to the noise they made and the regular manouvres I had to make to get around the housekeeping carts, which were parked in the lobby quite often), the room wasn't cleaned properly - parts remained dusty and the carpet didn't get vacuumed properly (dust in the corners remained for the week).
