1. All in all, great stay at a great price, I was really hesitant to book, alot of locals on the TA NYC forum were adament that this place was a dump and dubbed it 'The mildew Plaza' I was pleasantly surprised.

5. I understand the renovation thing going on but has normal maintenance stopped? My bathroom had a large hole in the wall about 12' by 12' it was covered with cardboard and 'masking tape' really? The bathroom was covered with mold and mildew.
