It was are first time in new York are 30th wedding anniversary the hotel was really dirty and smelly staff not very helpful had to change rooms 3 times --the rooms were so bad looking back we should of check out and asked for are money back and gone somewhere else butvwhen your a long way from home we felt we had to put up with it--- it was a special holiday which having a really bad room just made are 30th anniversary such a let down we wS looking forward to a nice hotel all we got was a dirty room I will never stay there again petrina mike from England.

3. At time of booking in March we were told it would be Oct before hotel fully refurbished,so as we were going Nov dont worry about rooms- but hotel staff advised us it will be April nxt year - so if going before then request,email and phone for a refurb room as the old rooms are smelly, worn and flaking decor.
