1. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, but the room was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

4. I travel quite a bit every year, have stayed in dozens of hotels, motels, B&B's, cottages, cabins, and this was BY FAR the absolute worst experience i have ever had.
