1. The needs improvement: ridiculous fees for Internet access, and check-in staff that repeatedly tried to get our conference attendees to accept 'parlor rooms' in lieu of the proper rooms reserved well in advance of the conference.

7. One shouldn't expect a room in an older hotel to be large, but the layout of the furniture was a bit ridiculous - the space between the desk and armoir (leading into the bathroom) was perhaps 14 inches.
