1. We had a small king bedroom, which was more than adequate but then were moved to a queen double with two - yes two- bathrooms when we complained about the noise from the maid's storage closet across the hall.

4. I complained about the issue and was told that I could bring my luggage downstairs, check out of the room they had accidentally given me and that they would give me a different room as soon as one was ready that evening.
