1. it was a very busy hotel with people coming and going all the time, first nights sleep was a little disturbed from the neighbours but that was not the fault of the hotel.

4. The staff is fantastic and always willing to make accomodations - when our youngest was 3 & 4, we requested a corner room so as not to disturb other guests, we were upgraded to the Executive Floor since the hotel was empty and rooms were available.
