3. My only complaint was that the water was a little slow draining in the sink & shower, but I'm sure when you are in an old building, this is common.

4. The bartender in their Nios bar was overworked and overwhelmed (very slow service, not entirely her fault) and all we got with our drinks was soggy, oversalted, yucky popcorn.

5. While the express elevator to the higher floors was a little slow, the 14th floor has the advantage of having both the express and the 'regular' elevators and we never had a problem getting to our floor.
