2. I`m not one to go into details, however really need to work on Guest Service, Front Office was very poor with attitude for every single inquiere,to the poit I did not ask for any information regarding Hotel Services or New York.

4. Our whole family, along with my boyfriend and I, had received very poor customer service on separate occasions with this same girl at the front desk (young, blonde, straight hair).

5. Downsides are they are very susceptible to street noice(we could hear conversations from the street in our 6th floor room), poor customer service from restaurant and front desk staff.
