they didn't exactly elaborate why which didnt help the situation)- tea/coffee is only downstairs in the AM, but i suppose you could request a coffeemaker (per signage)- construction was going on, BUT it didnt bother me, sound didnt seem too

The negatives were the building construction which is extremely

(and is scheduled to be on-going until 2014), and the fact that we could not cool the rooms down below 73degrees F in winter time.
