1. To explain as you walk out the hotel there is heaps of garbage and it is a bit dirty but as I said once you walk out ( whichis nor more than less than a minute) you are on time square.

3. The only thing I didn't like was the street was a little dark and dirty but you just had to walk a very short distance to get on Broadway and you could of course see all the lights and people as soon as you step out of the door.
