1. The only two complaints I would make were that if you're on a lower floor (I was on the 4th), there's a fair amount of street noise and there was no coffee maker in the room.

7. Front desk extremely nice and child-friendly; rooms small; no outside noise but room AC/heater was loud (front desk seemed aware of the noise complaints).

8. The ONLY complaint I would have about the hotel, would have been that the front desk agents were not as friendly as they could've been, but overall our positive experience there definitely out-weighs any negative experiences that we may have endured.

9. My only complaint was that the water was a little slow draining in the sink & shower, but I'm sure when you are in an old building, this is common.
