2. It was clean, gorgeous room, stylish, clean and wonderful bathroom, bath products were great, excellent internet service, excellent service from the staff, bed was so comfortable, pillows great, cannot complain one bit.

4. we went over to the Marriott and was just asking them their rates for New Year which were soo much cheaper and we told them where we were staying and they said lots of people complain about the services of the boutique hotel so be warned.

8. Eventually after a bit of complaining a man came up to the room to spay some type of cleaning fluid on the however guess what he used as a cloth? You guessed it - another clean towel.
