6. our heating system broke down on the second day i went to speak to reception and without any hesitation the concierge (Nick, if you need or want to know anything he is your man) was packing our bags onto a trolley and moving us to the 15th floor, what a room sun terrace,view over times square twice the size as our other room as i said everything taken care of nothing was an hassle at all.
