2. Only things that could have been better: (1) better soundproofing -- street noise woke me up several times during the night; (2) water pressure in the shower kept changing (but at least the temperature was constant, so it wasn't unpleasant, just annoying); and (3) I couldn't find any way to adjust the height of the desk chair and, although I'm not particularly short, my feet barely touched the floor.
