1. The lobby is a bit small and lacks seating that invites lingering.

2. This was our first time in the US so our expectations on service were high but from our arrival at JFK where US residents went through security in approx 1 hour, and visitors queued for 4 hours, to every contact we had with staff be they in bars, restaurants or taxis, we felt that genuine interest in the customer and ensuring they had a good experience was sadly lacking.

4. What can I say? I thought that I had found the perfect boutique hotel for a client's convening but boutique hotels sometimes come with a price: inefficient systems, lack of response, etc.

7. Located at 46th street, few steps from Broadway and Times Square the Muse is a decent place to stay though it lacks some charm I would say.

8. However, we only spent $20 or so at the Muse due to their poor service and lack of communication.

9. The prices were also quite expensive but there are plenty of places with walking distance to eat, there is no lack of food in NYC.

10. However, the lack of service dropped it down from a 5.
