1. *too* modern, basically no cushions (its really bad)- asked to stay til 2pm, got the 'we'll have to charge you' (i suppose since i paid for a suite i thought id get some leeway, perhaps it was a bad day.

I stayed at The Muse with my mum for 4 nights, I had to write a review as I noticed some bad comments on here before but I wanted to reassure people that I had no problems with the Muse, one of the receptionists was a bit snooty but I think that was just her character, all in all they were great with really good tips on where to eat.
