1. After multiple calls to the front desk they determined that the porter had taken our bags to the wrong room.

Our bill was wrong a spectacular THREE times - first off, missing a bottle of wine, second (with the additional bottle added), the wine priced $11 per bottle over the list price and in spite of this being explained, wrong a third time when the correction was applied to one and not both bottles.
