5. On the plus side - We were given a room overlooking the pool which was very noisy with kids till late at night, and when we complained after the first night we were moved to a quieter room with a partial sea view at no extra cost.

7. There was an extremely noisy guest who was having a melt down in what seemed like the hallway but the hotel staff dealt with the situation very quickly and professionally and informed us.
