1. Place is SO OLD and gross looking, it seems deserted, beds are not your typical awesome Starwood beds, hot tub is not hot, toilet has one of those industrial flushers (like in public bathrooms), slide is broken, lights flicker in the guest room hallways, kids running everywhere, etc etc etc.

Over New Year we had shortages of food (no french fries at any restaurant for 2 days over New Year at a family hotel?), they ran out of draft beer at the bar, the in-room safe was broken, the wifi didn't work, the in room phone was broken, the elevators were slow, and no one seemed in control / to be managing the situation.
