1. Sheraton might want to increase their staffing as getting a drink was very difficult.

4. We did notice that the exterior of the building on the ocean side needed some painting and repairs but because of the ocean, it probably gets pretty beat up which makes it difficult to keep in good condition.

There is a $15/ day 'mandatory service charge' that includes parking in a huge lot with heaps of room 100m (300ft) away, 2 'free' bottles of water (per stay, not per day), 'free' internet which is very difficult to use due to kids looking at facebook all day and 2 'free' cocktails at the pool bar (again per stay, not per day) and possibly some other nominal 'free' inclusions that I may have overlooked.

6. I am sure they are clean, but it is difficult to see past the old fixtures and tiles.

7. The business center also closes very early, making it difficult to check in online for your flights the day before, especially since all flights from Hawaii to the mainland are red-eyes.

8. It is set up as more family oriented though I didn't mind the kids it did make the pool area a bit difficult to access during the day.
