1. We booked and ocean view room and were given a room overlooking the parking lot and construction, so we had to complain and then we moved to a view overlooking the lawn area with a tiny peekaboo view of the ocean from the side (if you squinted you eyes and tilted your head just right).

2. Our room was near the pool and kids were swimming and screaming till 11pm, at which point I called the front desk to complain.

3. On the plus side - We were given a room overlooking the pool which was very noisy with kids till late at night, and when we complained after the first night we were moved to a quieter room with a partial sea view at no extra cost.

8. Most of the people working here seemed extremely burnt out (I even heard the girl working at the coffee place in the morning complaining about the work conditions to another employee- here's a tip- customers don't want to hear that.
