4. I asked if it was possible to change the room and I was suggested 'the only possible room' which was on the ground floor with a 'wonderful' view to the tennis court (ground floor, imagine this view now, you just see the tennis court net in front of view) and a terrible smell.

7. PS- avoid checking in with a younger guy, he is terrible and unfriendly, check in with one of the friendly women that work there.
