7. I've made it a point to post my complaint here and as my friend that I was with is a Starwood preferred member, we're also complaining to Starwood.

8. Overall the two complaints that I had do not change my view of the hotel because you dont have to go to either place and the hotel is soooo beautiful and amazing I love it there and I will be there again on labor day.
