3. We also noted after rain storms that the drainage for this hotel is pretty deficient- lots of pools of water lying around after the storm that were not draining properly- staff had to roll up towels and barricade some areas to safeguard them from more water damage.

4. I suspect that the shappy appearance of the place and the moldy rooms probably reflects the fact that its very hard to rennovate a hotel after a lot of water damage.

5. The locals were ignored at all points and so a number of years ago when the place was severely damaged in a bad storm they obviously believed that this was because of all the bad history there.
